Seakeeping
The A28 is blessed with the exceptional seakeeping aluminium deep-V hull, which makes for a safe and stable ride. The fine entry slices through any chop and the well-balanced hull rides smoothly across the waves on the plane.
The helm chair, as well as its mate to port, have suspension to soften any bumps, and are ergonomically designed to make you feel safe and comfortable. They’re even heated to keep you cosy in the winter or on early morning trips. This is one day boat that doesn’t just taken out in fair weather; the A28 is a true four-season cruiser, far too much fun to be kept in harbour.
Arksen specialises in the creation and construction of vessels that prioritise capability. This is achieved through the deep-V hull, crafted from robust aluminium. The boat is also equipped with expansive,
high-density foam sponsons that span its entire length. Additionally, the inclusion of aft bumpers on both sides proves invaluable for
docking, manoeuvring near rocky areas, or navigating unfamiliar coves with ease.

All you need
Complete with a day-bed, pantry unit and toilet, the Arksen 28 equips you with all the facilities you’ll need for the day’s adventure, wherever it takes you. There’s a welcoming L-shaped seating area around a table for inside dining and relaxing under way. Stay cosy inside if it’s chilly - the diesel heater will soon warm you up. Otherwise head out on deck. The ample bow rider sits in a deep pit with comfy cushions. If it’s breezy, the aft deck has seating with good backrests to keep you supported under way. At anchor there’s access via the swim platforms and fold-down ladder direct to the sea. You can indulge in your favourite water sports and there’s a sturdy tow bar right aft. Luckily the roof rack has plenty of space so you can bring along all the toys you want.
One of the most noticeable design features of the Arken 30 is the large wrap around 360 degree glazing in the main cabin. Combined with the panoramic sunroof provides a great connection to the environment and protection from the elements.
The interior design combines touches of luxury with the practicalities of life at sea. With conveniently placed hand rails, moving about on board is easy even in rough conditions.

Protection
The pilothouse has great wraparound windows, glass doors fore and aft and a huge electric sunroof. Perfect flung open when the weather is fine. If it turns, or you’re cruising at speed, everything locks down tight to protect you from the elements. All this visibility is great for keeping a look-out too, essential when you’re hitting 40knots. The aluminium hull is very tough, but to protect it aesthetically, full foam sponsons and bumpers save you from scrapes and dings.
There are a number of exterior colour choice options available to suit all tastes with an option to select a custom wrap for the vessel. Other exterior options include a powered sure shade awning and a canvas enclosure for the aft deck, inboard, or outboard options.
It is also possible to get the vessel rated to MGN 280 Cat 3.
