Secure

Great stability

The Arksen 75 is as comfortable as it is safe: not one, but three types of stabilisers keep the ride smooth both underway and in a choppy anchorage. In common with Arksen’s other ocean-going vessels, the 75 has impressive hull safety and stability credentials. In the unlikely event it should ever be necessary, the hull has 180 degrees of positive stability.

Whether on a trans-ocean passage, exploring remote coastlines or relaxing self-sufficiently in anchorages, Owners can rest assured that their vessel is designed to allow them to focus purely on the enjoyment of that experience.

Arksen vessels are designed to be able to undertake multiple roles – cruising with families, adventuring with explorers, crewed charter, scientific research, media production, deployment of small submersibles, access to wilderness for adventure sports, etc. The highly capable standard vessel can be customised, optimised for a specific use case or configured for maximum flexibility.

Scenic

Close to nature

The open upper deck is a perfect vantage point for whale-watching or bird-spotting under way or at anchor. On the main deck, there’s a good deal of outside space aft, as well as an open seating area forward, perfect for star-gazing at night. For the divers and paddlers, the swim platform gets you in direct touch with the ocean.

“Fusing performance and functionality with aesthetic appeal, while never losing sight of safety as the overarching consideration, is the design ethos that has driven all our work for Arksen”. Rob and Tom Humphreys, chief designers, Humphreys Yacht Design.

The primary functional need of our vessels is that they can be trusted to repeatedly travel to and from the remotest corners of the earth and across the deepest oceans safely.

It’s not just the exterior design which has been carefully thought out but also the interior finishings and clever layouts. The team at Design Unlimited studio have created an interior that is dynamic, functional, attractive and sustainable in both the materials used and in its on-going functionality and versatility of use.

Interior design

"When at sea the interiors need to be functional, welcoming but also varied in design. As the vessels are built for long expeditions giving each cabin a unique character is key."
