The jacket is made using Pertex® Quantum 3D loom technology which allows individual air chambers to be woven into a single fabric, eliminating the need for stitching. This maximises the insulating performance, reduces overall weight and improves down or fibre retention.
A durable water repellent (DWR) finish sheds light rain and snow to provide additional weather protection.

The side panels, collar and cuffs are made using a highly durable bluesign® approved, Schoeller® softshell fabric. The 4 way stretch properties, provide comfort during activities involving a wide range of dynamic movement. The fabric is further enhanced by Schoeller® Ecorepel® coating - a CFC free, dirt and water repellent coating inspired by the wafer-thin waxy film on plant cuticles, responsible for the familiar way water droplets run off in the morning dew or in heavy rain.
